I received a reply the next morning that the item I wanted had been added successfully and my order would be delivered as promised. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. They made sure I received new items in a timely manner, at no extra cost. Taking accountability and being serious in keeping with their high standard product has my respect and future business.
